Arbor Barber provides professional tree services, including but not limited to:
Tree removal
Pruning and trimming
Stump grinding and stump removal
Specialty tree care (root pruning, cabling/bracing, lightning protection, etc.)
Hedge and shrub maintenance
Land clearing and related excavation services
All services are performed by trained professionals following ISA and ANSI A300 standards. The scope of work will be detailed in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary if site conditions change or if additional work is requested.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be confirmed in writing.
We make every effort to complete services on the scheduled date, but weather, safety conditions, or equipment availability may require rescheduling.
Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Large projects may require a deposit prior to work beginning.
Accepted payment methods: [insert, e.g., cash, check, credit card].
Late payments may be subject to service charges or collection fees.
The client must provide Arbor Barber safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
It is the client’s responsibility to identify and notify us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden hazards before work begins.
Arbor Barber is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or hidden structures.
We follow industry best practices to ensure safety for our crew and your property.
While we take every precaution, heavy equipment and tree work carry inherent risks. Arbor Barber is not responsible for minor lawn indentations, small branch scuffs, or cosmetic disturbances inherent to the work process.
Major damages caused by negligence will be repaired or compensated at Arbor Barber’s discretion.
Stump grinding removes the stump to a depth of 6–12 inches below ground level.
Complete stump removal, including major root systems, requires excavation and is a separate service.
Arbor Barber is not responsible for regrowth or settling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Arbor Barber does not guarantee the survival, future health, or safety of any tree or plant after work is performed. Tree care involves living organisms, and outcomes may vary.
We are not liable for damages caused by Acts of God, including storms, lightning, or other natural events.
Arbor Barber is fully insured, including liability coverage and workers’ compensation, to protect our clients and employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs.
All content on our website (text, images, branding, and design) is the property of Arbor Barber and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Our website may link to third-party resources; Arbor Barber is not responsible for the content of those external sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of King County, WA.
